  We'd checked the website to see the meal service times and as they served until 3pm on a Bank Holiday we decided to have a nice walk out. 5 miles and nearly 2 hours later we arrived at the pub it was 2:10pm. The conversation went.
  
  -Hi, a Pint of Old Brewery please, and do you have any fruit Ciders?
  "Bottled cider and Perry", (not a no, sorry or anything just that, short and sharp)
  -Do you have any draught cider?
  "This" taps on the pump in almost disgust.
  -A pint of that with black please, and have you got a couple of menus too please.
  "No, stopped serving at 2"
  -Oh, really the website said 12 - 3 for food hence we walked 5 miles to have lunch here!
  "No staff so stopped at 2" (that was it, not a sorry just a grumpy growl)
  
  We had a couple of bags of crisps for our bank holiday lunch then walked 5 miles home.
  
  Had they been friendly and apologetic it would be very different but he was just rude. We understand anywhere can have staffing issues but it should have been dealt with far better.

  Booked a room. Paid for it. Went upstairs. No TV or radio. Asked if they had any rooms with TV or Radio. Sorry no. Said I'll go and stay somewhere else then, can I have my money back. No you can't. We dont refund. What hotel has no tv or radio in the room. What a pile of sh1t. Not even mentioned when I booked that or was a hotel from the Stone Age.
